Thanks so much for joining us on Tuesday for the joint MOSS DLA Phillips Fox Copenhagen Briefing hosted by DLA Phillips Fox.  We trust you enjoyed the event and that you came away a little more enlightened as to what it all means to you, your business, your community and your family.

For those that did not manage to fill in a feedback form, if you have a minute, we’d love to hear from you.  You can download the form here and return it to us at events@moss.org.au once completed.

As promised here’s copies of the Power Points, and other reference documents.

Anne-Maree Huxley, CEO MOSS – Power Point with references.
Louise Hicks, Partner DLA Phillips Fox Environment Team – Power Point

Download notes from Yvo de Boer here or go to the podcast of the press conference held in mid January where Secretary General of the UNFCCC  Yvo de Boer spoke for the first time since Copenhagen – refer http://unfccc.int/2860.php

Download REDD draft decisions here.

Copenhagen Accord details can be found here.

Press Release from IETA International Emissions Trading Scheme on the washup of COP can be downloaded here.

And last but not least, check out Obama’s State of the Union address at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0LgHV3NxVU from 6.51mins on this utube clip. It runs about a minute.  It highlights the US view on the importance of leading the world in renewable energy. The US obviously get what it will take…if only Australian politicians could understand the same opportunity exists for Australia, but not for long as others take the lead and make the necessary investments.

We trust these will aid discussion and strategic planning within your organisation.  If any of us can be of further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us direct.

Best regards
Anne-Maree, Louise, Sara, Amy and Simon
